JOHN PRESCOTT. Referred our case to The Department of Health despite it being a judicial matter and went on to refer our case to the D.T.I although it had been established it was not their responsibility either.

TONY BLAIR. Was aware of the BUPA Seven case five years ago and choose to use BUPA as special advisors, informed Lord Falconer the case was his responsibility.

Both the Government and BUPA were given full evidence of the abuse and torture we exposed, due to their failure to act and the failure of the Police to carry out a investigation the neglect and abuse was allowed to continue for six years until BUPA withdrew from running the home in 2005.
